Talkin’ about the 400s

It’s about time I started on the 400s, don’t you think?  Though I love languages, they’ll be a bit of a challenge, as the section is quite slim in my library and consists mostly of phrase books in various foreign languages.  While I mull over how to approach Teach Yourself Italian and the like, I’ll tackle the more general books.

401 Talk, Talk, Talk: An Investigation Into the Mystery of Speech, by Jay Ingram (1992).

401.93 Growing Up With Language: How Children Learn to Talk, by Naomi S. Baron (1992).

407 The Last Speakers: The Quest to Save the World’s Most Endangered Languages, by K. David Harrison (2010).
